HELP BUILD THE FUTURE OF ST. LUC SCHOOL
We are dreaming BIG!
St. Luc School Today
Our 2030 Vision
HEADCorp is working with the St. Luc School community to complete a safe, functional, and inspiring campus that will allow the school to expand through 12th grade by 2030.
Our $250,000 capital campaign is organized into five (5) priority areas.
Donors may choose the priority they would like to support and make a gift toward that project.
ORGANIZED BY PRIORITY
The campaign is organized by priority level beginning with the school’s most urgent needs.
CHOOSE WHAT RESONATES
Supporters are invited to choose the priority that resonates most personally with them and make a gift toward that project.
BUILDING IN PHASES
Please note that some projects are connected to future stages of campus construction. Contributions toward future spaces and projects will be reserved and applied as foundational phases are completed.

PRIORITY 3: SUPPORT TEACHER HOUSING
Our vision for creating a safe place to live and a shared space to work, prepare, and connect — supporting the teachers who make St. Luc School possible.
TOTAL BUDGET: $29,000
As St. Luc School expands to serve students through 12th grade, providing safe, stable housing for teachers will become increasingly important. St. Luc currently provides monthly off-campus housing support for teachers recruited from outside the Thomassique region, but on-campus housing will offer a more sustainable solution as the school grows.
The future teacher dormitory will provide four (4) furnished rooms for educators serving at St. Luc, along with one (1) shared teacher office/lounge. This space will help St. Luc attract and retain qualified teachers, provide educators with safe and reliable housing close to their classrooms, and strengthen the community of teachers living and working on campus.

PRIORITY 4: COMPLETE THE CLASSROOMS
Our vision for the completed classrooms at St. Luc School: bright, welcoming learning spaces with finished walls, teacher desks and chairs, bookshelves, and secure iron doors and windows — creating a more comfortable, functional environment where students can learn and thrive.
TOTAL BUDGET: $89,000
St. Luc School currently has 13 classrooms across its first three floors, but several classrooms still need important finishing work and basic furnishings. Completing these spaces will ensure that every classroom is clean, functional, and equipped to support students and teachers as the school continues to grow.
Funding will help finish classroom walls, provide paint and electrical infrastructure, and add teacher desks, shelving, and storage. Together, these improvements will transform unfinished spaces into welcoming, organized classrooms where students can learn and teachers can effectively prepare and teach.

PRIORITY 5: OUTDOORS SPACES, SAFETY & PLAY
Our vision for St. Luc School’s outdoor spaces is to create safe, welcoming places where students can learn, gather, play, and simply enjoy being children. From a covered pavilion with seating to a level, grassy soccer and recreation field, these improvements will transform the campus into a more functional and vibrant space for the entire school community.
TOTAL BUDGET: $44,500
St. Luc School is growing into a vibrant campus where students can learn, play, gather, and thrive. As enrollment continues to grow, the school needs safe, functional outdoor spaces that support everyday school life beyond the classroom.
Your support will help transform the campus with improved grounds, a covered pavilion for meals and gatherings, recreational equipment, secure perimeter fencing, and green spaces with trees—creating a safer, more welcoming environment where students and teachers can learn, connect, and enjoy their school community.
WHAT’S NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE EXTERIOR:
— GROUND & DRAINAGE
$7,500
Level and improve the uneven outdoor terrain and address drainage issues to create safer, more functional spaces throughout the growing campus.
